02 Do you assist with visa applications?
Yes. Our team guides you through documentation, appointment scheduling, and submission for the destinations we book, so you know exactly what's required and by when.
03 Can a package be customized to my preferences?
Absolutely. Every listed package is a starting point — hotels, activities, duration, and pace can all be adjusted. You can also request a fully tailor-made itinerary built around your dates and budget.
04 What's typically included in the package price?
Standard inclusions are accommodation, listed transfers, sightseeing per the itinerary, and applicable meals. Flights, visa fees, and travel insurance are quoted separately unless stated. Full inclusions are confirmed on your quote.
05 How far in advance should I book?
For peak seasons and popular routes, 2–3 months ahead secures better rates and availability. Tailor-made and long-haul itineraries benefit from even earlier planning, especially where visa processing time is involved.
06 What payment methods do you accept, and is a deposit required?
Bookings are confirmed with an initial deposit, with the balance due before departure. We accept bank transfer and other methods our team can walk you through when you book.
07 What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation terms vary by supplier and how close to departure you cancel. We'll outline the specific policy for your booking at confirmation, so there are no surprises later.
08 Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance isn't bundled by default but we strongly recommend it and can help arrange suitable coverage for your trip, including medical and trip-cancellation protection.
09 Do you arrange group tours as well as individual trips?
Yes — we handle both. Join one of our scheduled group departures, or travel as a private individual, couple, or family on a fully independent itinerary.
